The add-on
When you are charged. Your first payment is taken the day you claim your site, and it renews every 4 weeks from that same day. Going live on your domain is part of the plan and costs nothing extra. The exact date of the next charge is on the checkout before you pay.
Auto-renewal. The Booked Plan: then $297 every 4 weeks, plus sales tax in some states — auto-renews until you cancel. The Booked Plan+: then $397 every 4 weeks, plus sales tax in some states — auto-renews until you cancel. The Year: $2,970, charged when you claim your site and again every 12 months, plus sales tax in some states — auto-renews until you cancel. The Receptionist auto-renews at $179/mo until you cancel.
Cancelling. Self-serve from your billing page, effective at the end of the period. No notice period, no fee, no exit fee ever, and we hand you the files the same week. The site is yours — you paid for it. The Plan is what keeps it working, and cancelling leaves your site untouched.
